Return Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help guide you through the return process.

Because we work with a variety of manufacturing partners, all returns are subject to each manufacturer’s individual return policy. Please review the details below before submitting a request.

What to Know About Returns:

  • Manufacturer Approval Required
    All returns (excluding damaged or defective items) must be approved by the manufacturer before they can be processed.
  • Restocking Fees
    Most manufacturers charge a restocking fee. If applicable, we’ll let you know the exact amount prior to approval.
  • Return Shipping
    For items that are not damaged or defective, customers are responsible for return shipping. For your convenience, we will provide a prepaid return label, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refunds
    Once the returned item is received and approved by the manufacturer, your refund will be issued minus any applicable restocking fees and return shipping costs.
  • Return Window
    Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition of Items
    • Fabric must be uncut
    • Wallpaper must be unopened and in original packaging

Anna Elisabeth returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee

Atlanta Fabrics textiles by Atlanta Fabrics returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee accepts and accepts returns of a minimum of 3 yards

Barrow returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and the brand only accepts a minimum of 6 yards or more

Basset McNab returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee with a minimum restocking fee is $25

Carole returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and the brand only accepts a minimum of 6 yards or more

Charlotte Fabrics returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee

Europatex fabric and trim is final sale and cannot be returned.

Greenhouse Fabrics returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee

Hinson products are final sale and are not returnable unless defective or damaged during

JF Fabrics returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee

Kasmir returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and the brand only accepts a minimum of 6 yards or more

MagFabrics fabric and trim is final sale and cannot be returned.

Marcus William returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee with a minimum restocking fee is $25

Old World Weavers products are final sale and are not returnable unless defective or damaged during

Pindler accepts returns of a minimum of 5 yards of multipurpose fabric or 10 yards of drapery fabric. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee

Richloom fabric and trim is final sale and cannot be returned.

Scalamandre products are final sale and are not returnable unless defective or damaged during

Schumacher returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee within 30 days of purchase

Stout returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee with a minimum restocking fee is $25

Thibaut fabric is final sale and cannot be returned. Wallpaper returns are welcome, but a 25% restocking fee will apply.

William Morris at Home returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee with a minimum restocking fee is $25

Unique Fine Fabrics returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and the brand only accepts a minimum of 6 yards or more

 

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?

Transit time to Atlanta Draperies may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received & processed. Once your return is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution).

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Atlanta Draperies.

DAMAGED GOODS
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

SALE ITEMS 
Sale items can be refunded.
